Shipping and Packing
I enjoy packing orders and take care to ensure they are a pleasure to open. I am proud to use no plastic in my packaging and it’s all fully recyclable.
Packaging and posting ceramics is time consuming in order to ensure there are no breakages and items can be heavy and therefore costly.
Everything listed on my website is ready to ship and will be sent out in 3- 5 days from the time of your purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order is on its way.
I use Royal Mail to send my orders. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and size.
I take great care to pack securely but breakages do sometimes happen. Please let me know as soon as possible if there is a problem and I will do my best to replace the item if possible or give you a refund.
Please read item descriptions carefully including measurements and volumes, these form part of the description along with the photographs.
I have had numerous problems shipping outside the UK. Please contact me if you would like to purchase outside of the UK and I will try to accommodate you.

Returns
If you would like to return an unused item that is not suitable please do so within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning an item will be covered by you.
Please let me know if you are returning an item so I can look out for it. The return address is included in your parcel.
If the item returned arrives in a non-resaleable condition I will not issue a refund so please ensure to pack carefully.
Privacy Policy
In order to take your order, I require some data from you, such as you name, delivery address and payment information. I do not share this information with any third party. I do not have access to the data personally.
If you subscribe to my newsletter you will share your name and your email address. This information will not be shared with any third party and will only be used on the occasions when I send out updates and special offers to subscribers.
Should you wish to remove your email address from the list, simply unsubscribe which you will find on every email.
